Plaid: The pattern that keeps on giving. Hold on to all of your plaid pieces. The older they get, the better they get! A broken in plaid flannel top is so cozy, and it will forever remain stylish. After the wet weather in San Francisco finally cleared up, there was no better way to ring in the weekend than with the flannel top I ordered on Amazon Prime. That’s right – the Prime member benefits you depend on for all of your paper goods, and miscellaneous household items include ladies fashions. I ordered this Plaid Button Down Shirt by JOLLYCHIC on the 11th, and it arrived exactly two days later on the 14th. It was my first time shopping for apparel on Amazon, but I was confident with my purchase thanks to all of the product reviews.
I am happy to report the quality and fit exceeded my expectations. Flannel shirts often fit me like a boyfriend top – long and boxy. This plaid button down shirt is just the opposite. It fits like a glove and is the perfect length. For your reference, I am 5 feet tall and ordered a size 2 – if you have long arms or a long torso, size up. Anyway, with last minute plans to dine at the bar at Dosa, I paired this top with flare jeans and platform clogs. I chose white denim to dress things up a smidge, and accessorized with a wooden necklace and a fringe hand bag. Believe it or not, this fringey little thing is also from Amazon and makes a great boho statement piece.
The verdict is in – I give Amazon Fashion two thumbs up!
