When you wear your fancy purse across your chest, you are basically adorning yourself in fancy hardware. Try it and let me know what you think.

Oh how I love a reliable wedge sandal. They effortlessly up your style game and you do not lose any comfort in the process.

Headscarf

Chunky Necklace

Now this is quite possibly the oldest trick in the book! A chunky necklace will make your outfit appear 10 times chicer. Mine is old but I’m eyeing this one.

Statement Earrings

Statement earrings are my signature item! I honestly feel naked leaving the house without a pair of big earrings. Here are a few stunners currently on my wishlist (insert heart eyes): 1, 2, 3.

Bold High Heels

Every outfit is better in high heels…am I right, or am I RIGHT?! Break out your most prized pair and instantly dress up your white t-shirt and jeans.

Front Tuck

Similar to the side knot, the front tuck is an even easier way to give your boxy tee shape and structure.

Blaze it Up

Blazers serve many purposes. They quickly transform your weekend attire to 9-5 chic, and they are a more sophisticated version of a cardigan. If you remember one thing from this tutorial, make it this: when in doubt, throw on a blazer!

Classic Chill

The sweater dress is a wardrobe staple, and can be dressed several different ways. This look is what I refer to as, “classic with a twist.” Featuring a traditional turtleneck silhouette, the pearl frills add a modern day flair. Consider pairing this item with metallic accents like a clear and gold purse or even a pair of sequin boots! More is more especially when you’re working with a monochromatic (solid white) color scheme.

Snow Kitty Chic

Who doesn’t love a reliable onesie?! I’ve said it once and I am saying it again, rompers/jumpsuits are AWESOME because they do the thinking for you. You are off the hook coordinating an entire ensemble – simply slip it on and go! Can I get a hallelujah?! This snow leopard print jumpsuit features a plunging neckline and elegant sheen. I never thought I would say this but, I am jealous of y’all who live in a climate where fuzzy earmuffs are a necessity – not a novelty! Planning a trip to winter wonderland STAT.

Winter Spice

Add a little flavor to your winter garb with a playful bodysuit. These garments are perfect for tucking…they stay in place and do not create excess bulk in your chosen bottom! I love a sleek skirt and bodysuit combo and any chance to wear my real life glass slippers! This is my personal favorite out of the featured ensembles. I guess you can say I am spicy all year round, as this is no exception. Ha!

I get it, clear heels are trendy. We might all be tired of them after a few months. Consider buying a look for less and avoid buyer’s remorse. I personally own these and they are San Francisco hill-friendly. Style tip: dress your heels with pops of neon for instantly hip attire.

Barbie just called and she wants her outfit back. Haha! For a spicy night on the town consider dressing your clear heels with a bodycon dress and sparkling accessories. You can never go wrong with 50 shades of PINK!

This colorful trend is here to stay and you can find rainbow barrettes and matching jewels at all of your favorite retailers. This look head to toe is under $150 and suitable wedding guest attire.

Y’all know I am a fan of versatility…don’t let this very glamorous trend fool you. I’m here to tell you that you can dress your hair-wares up or down as shown in Exhibit B. This entire ensemble costs a whopping $57 and features a frilly smocked top and blush ripped mom jeans! It doesn’t get trendier than that!
