The cape sleeves add just enough drama to an otherwise elegant and chic sweeping gown.     It is safe to say that Sophia Vergara and I have a similar taste in fashion. Giuliana Rancic is living a fairytale in her hand-painted Rani Zakhem floral gown. The pastel hues gracefully shimmered under the lights. I love the high neckline and dainty gold belt. If anyone is going to get it right, it better be the longtime Fashion Police host!
