Last year I accompanied Nancy of Current Clothing to market in Los Angeles…buyers from “Bloomies” and buyers from Forever 21 “shop” at the same place. I learned that price does not always dictate quality. Your neighborhood boutique may sell a top for $65 when Forever 21 sells the same one for $30. Gone are the days of itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikinis…hello sexy one-pieces! I cannot get over this low back ruffle swimsuit! Again, I “retire” bathing suits after my vacation ends. No way am I spending $300 on a designer swimmie when $29 dupes like this are so accessible.

Seasonal shoes – another department where you can save your money by shopping at Forever 21. Shoe styles come and go. Splurge on timeless pieces instead. It’s funny, I have tassel embellished jackets, skirts, rompers, and earrings, but I do not own a pair of tassel sandals. How CUUUUTE are these slides for less than $20?! I dare you to find a less expensive pair!
