When used as directed these elegant dishes will keep your food as hot as your standard chafing dish, but will look much prettier while doing it. Attractive and low maintenance. Need I say more?! Who wants to worry about burning the house down with sterno after prepping a midweek meal? That’s what makes these dishes great for everyday use and for special occasions. Seriously though, about an hour after serving the pasta, the cheese was still sizzling when I removed the lid at cleanup. Speaking of, the glass liners are dishwasher safe – pop them in with the rest of your plates and utensils.

Available in rectangular or round shapes, I recommend buying more than one. Think of this purchase as an investment. Once you have a few reliable pieces for entertaining, you can throw more parties!
