You can never go wrong with a bold pair of statement earrings. They have the ability to transform a bland outfit into a fashion masterpiece in a matter of seconds. Picture these pretty red things with the maxi dress above.

9. Black and White Tassels

“I am over tassel earrings,” said no one ever. Unless you have been hiding under a rock, then you have probably noticed your fashion icons sporting fabulous tassel earrings. This black and white pair is a great transitional item for the spring.

Flatforms are quite possibly the most comfortable heeled sandal on the market.If you do not yet own a pair, now is the time to purchase. These beauts will add flair to any springtime ensemble. Best of all, they will match with black or brown ensembles.

Free People dresses will always have a special place in my heart. It was a FP dress that sealed the deal on my first date with my hubby. The Free People Walking to the Sun dress in cream is too cute for words. Featuring 3/4 length sleeves and a ruffle hem, this lace number is a great piece for the fall. On sale for $64 at Shopbop, wear it solo or pair it with long-line sleeveless outwear. If you’re old school and cannot justify white-tones after Labor Day, not to worry, this dress is also available in black and dandelion. Choosing to rock this little thing solo, I accessorized with a chunky necklace and my favorite pumpkin clutch. Mixing textures is one of the easiest ways to jazz up your ensemble, so I polished off the look with a leopard print wedge bootie.
