I am not good about buying tops. I don’t know about you, but for me, it is easier to justify a skirt or dress splurge than a plain top purchase. For all the ladies out there who were blessed with a smaller than average head circumference, meet your new bff.  This versatile little thing is not only adjustable, but it also features UPF 50+ sun protection. Did I mention it can be rolled up making it easy to travel with?! Anyway, I polished off the outfit with chunky platform sandals and a blue tassel clutch.
