It sounds funny, but there is something very regal about this print. Featuring an elastic waist and darling hemline, whether you coverup at the beach in them or hit the streets for Sunday Funday, consider this your warning. You will be fawned over!

This black off-the-shoulder top may look familiar, and that is because I last styled it here with an a-line skirt. When styling a printed bottom, it is best to stick with solids above the waist. If you are new to the OTS trend, start out with a basic black and you’ll be hooked sooner than later. Sleeves are ideal in San Francisco, so when I came across this top for under $20, I knew I would get a lot of use out of it. Going for a majestic vibe, I embellished the neckline with a dramatic gold necklace. I think it did the trick! Finally, I laced up my knee high gladiator sandals and painted a red lip. Style Trick: Use fashion tape along your collarbone to secure your off-the-shoulder top in place.

Who would have thought that a maxi length fringe skirt could be so versatile? When I scooped this baby up from Rode’o Boutique a few years ago, I was hoping to get at least two wears out of it. Let me tell you something, I’ve worn this skirt so many times, so many ways, with so many shoes, and every time I wear it, the compliments never stop. I apologize in advance that this exact piece is unavailable, but the good news is, similar items are hitting the shelves at your favorite stores and online retailers, and I have linked to them below. Anyway, being the first time rocking this fringey thing in SF, I simply paired it with a black off the shoulder top, and black strappy sandals. I accessorized lightly with my black tassel earrings and GG’s Chanel-esque Fabuleash. Even though I am on a taupe and black kick this week, I have styled this skirt in the past with an ivory fitted button down, and a blazer. The options are endless.

Ready, set, go! Head on over to your local H&M or get clicking online before these steals and deals sell out. Aside from the awesomely appealing price tag, the cut and fit are quite fabulous as well! High-waisted and slim fit at the top, and tapered at the knee, these babies are office or happy hour ready. If the green and black print doesn’t tickle your fancy, you’ll be happy to hear that these pants are available in a variety of solid colors and prints. I gravitated to the green and black pair immediately because they are suitable all-year-round. I can already picture them during the fall months with a burnt orange long-sleeve top and a black or cognac booties! This time around I kept it simple, and paired these hot pants with a black off the shoulder top also from H&M (only $24), and black patent leather pumps. I polished off the look with some gorgeous tassel earrings ($9.99), a thin black belt, and my gucci purse. Next time I may throw on a black cape just for kicks.

My day is in between the two scenarios above, so I styled my white denim with a chambray off-the-shoulder flounce sleeve top. This shirt is under $50 from Zara and a great versatile piece to add to your wardrobe. I accessorized this look with a chunky yellow necklace, a leopard print clutch, and yellow patent leather pumps. Incorporating a pop of color into an outfit can be a game changer. Without the necklace and shoes, this outfit would have been acceptable, but a tad uninteresting. The yellow hue creates just enough fun and flair!

A note about these kicks…these shoes deserve a shoutout because they are so comfortable, available in a variety of colors and are priced just right. I have a hard time finding closed-toe shoes that fit my narrow foot, so when I orginally discovered the BCBG Paris Jaze Pump, I quickly purchased a pair in black and nude, with the yellow ones being my latest addition. I can promise you you will not find a better pair of pointy toe pumps for under $60, than these! What are you waiting for?!
