How to Wear a Go-Go Boot

If you follow me on Instagram then you know how I styled my white booties for the Lady Gaga concert. But if you’re the only person in America without an IG account, then maybe you remember seeing them here. Today we feature a lightweight sweater and denim skirt (read more about choosing the right jean skirt here). This ensemble is a great transitional look and hopefully demonstrates how versatile white booties truly are! Caring for Your White Boots

Before taking your boots out for a test drive, do your research. A white go-go boot is impressionable because of its shock value. A soiled pair will not have the same affect! Search the shoemaker’s website for care instructions. If you do not have any luck there, seek out a trusty shoe repair for advice. Use a leather protectant to shield against stains and/or water damage. I sprayed mine with this and so far so good! Now that you know how to wear them and care for them, are you going to take the plunge?!
