Think about it, a diagonal line is a lot more interesting than a straight line. I first dressed this skirt with a turtleneck. After looking in the mirror I decided it did nothing for the asymmetrical hemline. Just like that, a plunging neckline nicely compliments the rim of the skirt. The same applies with regards to the cutout high heels.
