But there is no use crying over spilled milk. Luckily, rainbows are trending and there are a handful of other rainbow graphic sweaters on the market. Obviously I am linking to them all below! There is something so happy and youthful about ’em. You cannot help but smile when wearing one.

All I have to say is thank the clothing g-d for re-inventing flounce hem jeans. They are a petite girl’s pair of dream jeans. For a few years there, there was no middle ground. It was skinny or flare. And in all honesty, I do not think skinny jeans are the most flattering style for short legged folks. They have the ability to cut off our legs at an unflattering length. It used to be that your top or shoes would do the talking, but not when you are wearing bottoms like this!

How to Wear a Go-Go Boot

If you follow me on Instagram then you know how I styled my white booties for the Lady Gaga concert. But if you’re the only person in America without an IG account, then maybe you remember seeing them here. Today we feature a lightweight sweater and denim skirt (read more about choosing the right jean skirt here). This ensemble is a great transitional look and hopefully demonstrates how versatile white booties truly are! You already know how to wear them with jeans, jumpsuits, and skirts, but the possibilities are endless. Rest assured, this will not be the last time these white kicks are photographed at “the wall!”

Caring for Your White Boots

Before taking your boots out for a test drive, do your research. A white go-go boot is impressionable because of its shock value. A soiled pair will not have the same affect! Search the shoemaker’s website for care instructions. If you do not have any luck there, seek out a trusty shoe repair for advice. Use a leather protectant to shield against stains and/or water damage. I sprayed mine with this and so far so good! Now that you know how to wear them and care for them, are you going to take the plunge?!
