Mesh Tan and White Lace Dress

Don’t get me wrong, I am a firm believer in investing in quality pieces. But from a practical standpoint, if you are going to hand over a lot of hard earned money just for an article of clothing, make it a classic. The nude pumps photographed below are a good example…yeah the red soles up the market value but they practically match with everything and as long as my feet don’t grow or shrink, the ROI (return on investment) should be pretty good. But if you haven’t, they are famous for their beautifully crafted lace and sheer garments. From gowns, to mini dresses, to two-piece sets, the aesthetic appeal is out of this world and the craftsmanship is superb. The only catch is, they are about $300 a pop.

I wore it both ways in the photos below, and accessorized with chunky tassel earrings, a gold and white clutch, and nude pumps. You can’t compete with a dress like this, nor should you want to…so keep the accessories light and within the same color scheme.
