The suede persuasion continues…and with fall on my mind, I am finding myself attracted to everything rust. This hue is a great transitional color because it is still bright, yet it can easily mix in with the browns, greens, and mustard yellows, that are often associated with autumn. It was love at first sight when I came across this Faux Suede Fringe Dress by Lord & Taylor’s very own Design Lab.
This dress is the definition of chic boho! If you don’t have the rust fever, purchase this flirty number in black or taupe instead. Great for a special occasion, whether it be a birthday, anniversary, or festival and you won’t go unnoticed. Suitable for tall or short legged folk, wear this dress as is, or top it with a longline vest. For a casual look, throw on a pair of flat gladiator sandals, or turn it up a notch with a pair of high heels. Naturally, I went the dressier route and styled this piece with Southwestern printed peep toe booties, and accessorized with turquoise Kendra Scott earrings, and a silver cuff bracelet. Nothing pops more than complimentary colors!
These shoes deserve a special shoutout! If you are a lover of color, then do yourself a favor and order a pair of the Maya shooties ASAP – they run true to size. Not only are these stunners visually appealing, but they are comfortable. Between the padded sole and adjustable width (thanks to the laces) you won’t have to worry about your feet hurting when you step out in these things. When you’re not rocking your favorite fringe, wear them with faux leather or black pants. Hey Leila Stone, on behalf of all other shoe addicts out there, thanks for making these shoes available at ShoeDazzle and at a fabulous price point!
