Elephant Shorts

Elephants symbolize strength and wisdom. Maybe that is why they are popping up all over the fashion industry. From scarves, t-shirts, shorts, and necklaces, these nobel animals sure do make an aesthetically pleasing garment.

 

 

I already own an elephant scarf, and necklace, but elephant shorts?! For only $12.99, you too could own a pair of Elephant Print Pom Pom Shorts (pinch yourself you are not dreaming)! It sounds funny, but there is something very regal about this print. Featuring an elastic waist and darling hemline, whether you coverup at the beach in them or hit the streets for Sunday Funday, consider this your warning. You will be fawned over!

 

 

This black off-the-shoulder top may look familiar, and that is because I last styled it here with an a-line skirt. When styling a printed bottom, it is best to stick with solids above the waist. If you are new to the OTS trend, start out with a basic black and you’ll be hooked sooner than later. Sleeves are ideal in San Francisco, so when I came across this top for under $20, I knew I would get a lot of use out of it. Going for a majestic vibe, I embellished the neckline with a dramatic gold necklace. I think it did the trick! Finally, I laced up my knee high gladiator sandals and painted a red lip. Style Trick: Use fashion tape along your collarbone to secure your off-the-shoulder top in place.
