I’ll be the first to admit that Valentine’s Day is the definition of a “Hallmark Holiday.” I do not mean to brag, but it is sort of like V-Day 365 days a year in the Kaplan household! But it doesn’t really matter what I think because everyone else is gearing up for the big day.
