]]> Happy Wednesday friends…how’s it going? I hope you are all staying healthy and safe, and enjoying quality time with your “quaran-team.” It is undenianly a dark time in history filled with uncertainty and sorrow. I have been on the East Coast for two months helping a family member through an illness (unrelated to covid-19), away from Jonathan and the fashionable life I live in San Francisco. We all cope with such things differently, but “window shopping” always lifts my mood. Lately I have found myself daydreaming about wine country. I envision myself outfitted in a dress and sun hat, sitting under an umbrella, with a glass of cab in hand! Those were the good ol’ times…let’s day dream together and pretend we are going somewhere more exciting than the living room, kitchen, bedroom, or laundry room! Here are the items currently on my wishlist.

Fancy Phone

Dressing up your device is a simple way to express your personality, but these (1) customizable phone cases take it to another level. I’m itching for the pink one – surprise surprise! Speaking of our most prized possessions…if your quarantine is anything like mine, your phone battery hardly lasts a day. It is SO easy to be on it 24/7. These (15) faux stone charging pads will keep the juice flowing and look pretty while doing it.

Bag Goals

All that needs to be said is, BAG GOALS. Each one of these beauts is unique, flashy, and fun. Obviously I am enamored with the multicolored Gucci (13), I am a #GucciGirl at heart, but I would welcome any one of them into my closet with open arms. I have the hardest time finding beach bags (16) that actually excite me, but rainbow rhinestones surely do the trick! Insert heart-eyes.

Shoe Crush

If I was in a position to splurge, it would be on these Gucci platform sandals (4). It is no secret that pink is my favorite neutral and these are SO classic. They would literally match with everything in my closet and they’re the perfect heel height. Plus, you can dress them up with dresses/rompers/jumpsuits, or down with some comfy matching separates. But in the meantime, these (7) glitzy flatform espadrilles for under $50 will have to do!

Let’s Dress up

Oh em gee. I’ve been admiring this (10) hot little number for over a week. Not only is it the perfect LSU dress (GEAUX TIGERS!), but it screams spring and that makes me happy. I look forward to the occasion where it’s appropriate to wear and plan to accompany it with these (9) earrings and this (8) dazzling face cover – yep, I went there. If the use of face masks is our new normal, then might as well make it a chic choice.

How to Add Color to your Neutral Wardrobe

For some of us the emergence of color is great news, but for others vibrant hues may be slightly intimidating. If you fall into the latter group, I encourage you to give the trend a try. And you don’t have to leave the house in a lime green outfit to participate! Start by including pops of color into your neutral ensemble. Pair a floral top (13) with a pair of blush pants (20), and a vibrant lip color. Or, incorporate a vibrant shoe (10) with a crisp little white dress (5). There’s no wrong way to do it!

 

Stand Out in the Crowd

It’s official, I want one of everything on this list. The rainbow maxi (1) is an obvious must-have item, but I’ve been eyeing the mules (10) and pumps (11) for weeks. One can never own too many pairs of shoes…am I right? But aside from bold hues and vibrant prints, I am loving the resurgance of tie dye apparel. It makes wearing button downs (8) and classic tops (7) more exciting to wear. Now which item is on your must-have list?!
