Orange Trapeze Dress

Consider a trapeze dress an all-year-round wardrobe staple. This silhouette can go casual or dressy and you’re guaranteed comfort while wearing it. Over the weekend I broke out this rust trapeze dress during a neighborhood stroll with family friends.     This Stretch Knit Trapeze Dress from Forever 21 is only $14.90! Available in black, gray and rust, I went for the rust in spirit of fall. I find this hue rather versatile as it pairs nicely with brown or black accents. For this occasion I mixed in a little bit of both, toting around a cognac fringe backpack and rocking multicolored open toe booties. I adorned myself with jewelry to give the look some character. Specifically a cobalt blue necklace and a dainty knuckle ring that I received in this month’s Rocksbox. Black and Blue Mini Dress

I love 1970’s fashions. From fringe, bell bottoms, to mini dresses, they’re all so good. Well, it’s my lucky year because 70’s fads are back in style and they’re HOTTER than ever. I’ve already given you a glimpse of fringe ensembles, so on this Trendy Thursday, I’m breaking out a mini dress and over the knee boots.     Speaking of summer sales, this black and blue mini dress from Urban Outfitters is marked down to $39.99 online, and ten dollars less in stores. Featuring a “mock-neck” and keyhole back, this little thing has a lot of personality. For last night’s San Francisco Fashion Week event, I rocked it with my brand new Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots. I polished off the look with black statement earrings, a high pony (thanks to be ladies at The Red Chair Salon) and a bright pink lip. Wish List Wednesday: Julie Vos Jewelry

I don’t usually add high ticket items to my wish list on Wednesdays, but these jewels are so gorgeous that they deserve a special shoutout! Crown Braid and A Romper

With the change of seasons comes sales and boy did I score big at Urban Outfitters. Although I don’t want to give away all of the goodness just yet, I do want to share with you this fab romper marked down to $29.99.     The Ecote Sadie Strappy Romper really is as fun as it sounds. Great for a casual Saturday afternoon, especially when the temperature is up. I romped around the city in this flirty little thing before watching the LSU football game (love purple live gold)! Featuring a decorative strappy neckline that tapers into flowy shorts, people will think you’re wearing a dress when you’re standing still. I styled this romper with a lace halter bralette – there is no better way to add a touch of flair than with peek-a-boo lace. I rocked a pair of taupe fringe booties and brought a white cape along just in case the fog settled in. Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day?!
