New Orleans Yoga Apparel – Your New Fav Workout Gear

Hi, my name is Kelsey and I love to work out! In fact, my body craves it. I have always been a hyper person and exercising is a productive way for me to release my excess energy. This month marks five years as a Bar Method student and my retirement is no where in sight. When I’m not stretching and elongating my muscles at the barre, I’m running down the right wing on the field hockey field. Catch me if you can! My active lifestyle calls for a lot of activewear. As you can probably imagine, I spend lot of time finding stylish and functional workout clothes. I don’t have the energy or the patience to “fight” with my pants to stay in place. There are only a few brands that I will even consider putting on my body and, New Orleans Yoga Apparel is one of them!

If you’re new to my blog, allow me to explain my connection to Louisiana. I am a proud LSU Alum – Geaux Tigers! But I got more than my education down on the bayou…I got the southern gentleman of my dreams to marry me! Although presently a California girl, I still have an appreciation for the Louisianian culture. New Orleans Yoga Apparel (NOYA) is singlehandedly spreading New Orleans flair across the country and I’m lovin’ it! If you’ve never experienced a craw fish boil in person, take the party to Pilates in these precious pants. There are no words. The Fit

Now let’s talk about the fit. The older I get the higher I like my pants to rise! Ha! Luckily for me these suckers feature a foldable high rise waistband. I don’t bother rolling it down because I like when my pants make my wanna be abs feel tighter! As far as the fabric, it stretches with you. This is something I do not take for granted. Whether I am stretching at the bar or jogging to and fro these pants stay in place. They are lightweight yet they provide ample coverage. They have passed the peek-a-boo stretch test – they are NOT see-through! I am wearing the full length leggings, but rolled them up to accommodate my shorter than average sticks.
