Unique San Francisco Date Ideas

One of the reasons I love living in San Francisco is because there is SO MUCH to do! I do not know how to sit still. Luckily I am only steps away from a plethora of activities to dabble in. As for my other half…he is the same way. In all seriousness, I often wonder if I married the “energizer bunny?!” We spend A LOT of time together and go on a lot of adventures. It is no secret that we both love to eat, but city life offers so many unique date ideas. Below are a few of our favorite pastimes and some that we are dying to try.   Scoot Scoot Where else can you use your smartphone to remotely unlock a garage and zip out on an electric scooter?! You heard right – with the tap of an app, you and your boo can scoot side-by-side admiring the beautiful Bay Area views. The Healing Powers of a Killer Outfit

Have you ever had a day or week where you just felt off? Of course you have…we are all human. Last week I felt defeated. Everything was annoying me and nothing was turning out the way I had planned. My computer was running out of storage, plans fell through, etc. I’m not going to sit here and whine, but I must admit that it was not a fun feeling. Across the board I am a very positive person. Most of the time I can just go for a walk and snap out of it. But when things start to pile up, looking “up” can be easier said than done. Marc Fisher Wedges: Why You Need a Pair

If you are going to add one item to your summer wardrobe, make it a pair of Marc Fisher wedges! I’ve been admiring these kicks for a couple of years and finally pulled the trigger before our Colombia trip. If you remember, these and a pair of flip flops were the only pairs of shoes I traveled with and the reason I could get away with one carry-on suitcase. So how’d they do, you may ask? Hear me out!     Keep your Standards High, and your Heels Higher! Wedges are a smart choice if you are on your feet for several hours. There is equal pressure across the entire length of your foot. I am happy to report that I wore these shoes all day for 11 consecutive days with no foot pain or blisters. Shocking – I know, especially for a four inch platform. In terms of durability, I give them a 10. I walked through grass, cobblestone streets, sand, etc., without experiencing wear or tear on the soles.
