Geometric Dress

“Life isn’t perfect, but your outfit can be!” This is exactly how I felt when I put on this easy breezy summertime outfit. I have never been good at “throwing” together an ensemble but when you are working with a statement piece like this geometric dress, piecing together a look is quite easy.

Do not let a multicolor print intimidate you. There is no better time to rock a vibrant geometric dress than during the summertime (unfortunately this exact one is sold out but I found a similar one). You can always tone it down with accessories or jackets and other toppers if the weather permits. For example, the featured look would have looked equally as fab with a white or blue denim jacket over it. If you prefer to go unnoticed, stick with a neutral pair of shoes and matching purse.

Getting noticed comes along with the title of “Fashion Blogger.” I consider it a job well done when a stranger goes out of their way to ask me about my clothes. Rather than toning down this geometric print dress, I fed off of all the great colors and shapes! Blue, purple, and orange were three predominant colors in my eyes, so I accessorized accordingly. Never have I ever received more compliments on a pair of shoes, before! Aside from their good looks and unique color, the block heel provides all day comfort. Score!
