2017 Cyber Monday Sales + Jacquard Dress

At laaast…the 2017 Cyber Monday Sales have arrived! Hopefully you have some money left over to take advantage of the deals and steals going on today (see below). Advice from a Fashionista: Befriend a clothing store owner. Not only will you have an instant connection, but they might even text you from market when they find an item that perfectly matches your aesthetic. Literally my favorite texts of all time come from Nancy, the owner of Current Clothing. I don’t mean to offend you, Jonathan! She has a knack for knowing what clothes I need exactly when I need them. And I know I am not the only shopper who feels this way…! Current Clothing is hands down the trendiest boutique in San Francisco and now you can shop my favorite store with a click of a mouse. Thanksgiving Outfit + DIY Harvest Bowl Floral Arrangement

It’s the most joyous time of the year! What better to accompany a happy occasion than a fabulous outfit?! If you are anything like me, then you work better “under the gun.” It was taking me FOREVER to choose a Thanksgiving outfit this year. Jonathan and I live across the country from our families so we always end up playing the day by ear. I think that has something to do with it. Regardless, I wanted it to be both special and seasonal. And for only $12 extra, we can be #twinsies on Thursday. Can I get a woop woop for two day shipping?!     I have thing for wide leg pants aka operation make myself appear as tall as possible! Luckily these beauts from River Island do just that and so much more. The color is delicious. No really though, it reminds me of a milk chocolate fountain. I am wearing a size 2 and surprisingly they do not need a hem job. For your reference, I am 5 feet and wearing four inch heels – my norm. Rainbow Graphic Sweater and Flounce Hem Jeans

Shortest horror story ever: SOLD OUT. That pretty much sums up my week. All of the tops on the blog this week sold out faster than I could write about ’em. This rainbow graphic sweater is one of three (inset crying emoji). It is frustrating but also reassuring. I guess I have a talent for knowing what people want!     But there is no use crying over spilled milk. Luckily, rainbows are trending and there are a handful of other rainbow graphic sweaters on the market. Obviously I am linking to them all below! There is something so happy and youthful about ’em. You cannot help but smile when wearing one.       All I have to say is thank the clothing g-d for re-inventing flounce hem jeans. They are a petite girl’s pair of dream jeans. For a few years there, there was no middle ground. It was skinny or flare. And in all honesty, I do not think skinny jeans are the most flattering style for short legged folks.
